About Dr. Knight
Dr. Knight is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and has been practicing in Richmond, VA for over 40 years.
She attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, receiving her Bachelor of Science in pre-medical studies, then matriculated at Howard University Medical School in Washington, D.C., followed by a rotating internship and residency in dermatology and dermatologic surgery at Howard University Hospital.
After opening her private practice, she spent years as a medical news reporter for Health Team Six on Richmond's CBS affiliate, reporting on local and national health news. She is the lead dermatologist at West End Dermatology Associates, founder of Medi Spa West, and Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at VCU Medical Center.
Dr. Knight is and has been Principal Investigator in many research trials, studying investigational treatments for chronic skin diseases including alopecia, atopic dermatitis, hyperhidrosis, cutaneous lupus erythematosus, hidradenitis suppurativa, psoriasis, and hand eczema.
