West End Dermatology Associates is led by Yvonne Knight, MD, board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, working alongside physician assistant Elena Tadioto and an experienced clinical and aesthetic staff. Every provider's role and schedule is confirmed when you call, so you always know who you will see.
Lead dermatologist and founder
Board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Knight has cared for Richmond patients for over 40 years and is the founder of both the practice and Medi Spa West.
Physician assistant, dermatology
A dermatology physician assistant since 2018, Elena joined the practice in 2026 and works closely with Dr. Knight on medical and cosmetic care.
Cosmetic treatments at Medi Spa West are provided by the spa's aesthetic team under Dr. Knight's medical oversight. Not every provider is in the office every day or performs every procedure; our scheduling staff will match you with the right person for your visit.
